Homemade BBQ Tofu

John and I have been working on making soy milk, almond milk and rice milk. It’s been fun, experimental and a great way to drink a very clean healthy drink that you know what is added. After working with the soybeans I was interested in the process of making tofu. We experimented a bit and I found a good recipe that worked great in case anyone else is curious and would like to try .

I had no fancy equipment. Just a strainer, cheese cloth, blender
